- Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program:
The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a temporary emergency program to help income-eligible households pay outstanding water and wastewater bills, providing up to $650 in direct payment assistance toward water and wastewater bills.
