The Ann Arbor Public Schools has awesome Art Program that begins in Elementary, continues in Midle School and culminates in High School. Each Elementary offers arts integration while the Middle School allows students to continue the personal exploration of media while High School offers exposure to the computer arts as well as portfolio building.
Ann Arbor Public School students work is proudly displayed in different venues in Ann Arbor. Student artwork can be viewed at each and every school in the district where students, parents, teachers and visitors often take time to admire. AAPS also has a great relationship with other spaces in Ann Arbor and the surrounding areas that include the Gifts of Art at the Taubman Center at the University of Michigan Hospital, the Reichert Building at St. Joseph Hospital, Balas, the Downtown Ann Arbor Public Library, Youth Art Month in conjuction with the Main Street Association, Michigan Art Education Association Regional Show at Adrian College, Potential with the Neutral Zone and the Ann Arbor Art Center, and Dangerous Minds at Eastern Michigan University.
